2014年10月25日芝加哥总领馆赴堪萨斯州办证通知
为落实“以人为本”理念，服务广大侨胞，芝加哥总领馆与堪萨斯城中美联合会将于10月25日为在领馆范围内中国公民办理护照、旅行证、健在证明和香港特区护照申请，以及赴华签证 (KCCAA代办)。具体安排和有关要求如下：
一、办证安排
时间：10月25日 (周六) 上午09:00 –下午17:00
地点: Indian Creek Church, Room 011
12480 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062
协办方：堪城中美联合会 （KCCAA），WWW.KCCAA.ORG
预约方式：发邮件kccaaboardofdirectors@yahoo.com，写明办证类别及人数。
办理方式：一律按预约时间段顺序办理。具体预约时间会在办证前以邮件方式通知。

三、KCCAA办证收费
护照、旅行证：$30 (KCCAA 会员和非会员), 需现金支付。
签证: $20 (KCCAA 会员），$30 (非会员）, 需现金支付。

The assigned time will be emailed to the applicants a week before the event date. Please come at your assigned time.

Passport and Travel Documents：$30 member and non-member, cash only.
Visa: $20 member and $30 non-member, cash only.
