With the start of another new school year quickly approaching, it is time again for our annual Youth Hope Fund Executive Board elections.

As per usual, the five main positions available include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of Publicity. This year, we have also decided to add three more positions, including Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, and Assistant Director of Publicity. These positions will only be available to those in grades nine and ten.

Similar to last year, we will be holding an open election for all Board positions except President. In other words, the top seven people out of the Executive Board applicant pool who receive the highest number of votes will automatically be on the Board, though your final position will be determined by the incoming President and the three counselors. You may, however, indicate your position preference on your application.

Both the presidential and Board elections will be held online. More details will be emailed out soon. The presidential election will be on Sunday, August 9th and the Board election will be held on Sunday, August 16th.

Attached you will find both the President and Executive Board applications. President applications are due on Friday, August 7th by 11:59pm and Board applications are due to the incoming president and counselors on Friday, August 14th by 11:59pm. Applications sent past this time will not be considered.
