Dear KCCAA members,

You might heard a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel’s Kids Table Government Shutdown Show broadcasted by ABC Network. In this show, one of kids talked about killing all the Chinese so that the United States does not need to pay back their debts to China. In response to this clearly racial incident, there is petition going on to request White House to take an investigation for this unacceptable incident. I would like all of you, KCCAA members, to be aware of this incident. As it requires certain number of signatures for White House to take an action, I would appreciate you to review and make your decisions on this petition based on your best understanding to the situation.

The 16th biennial Edgar Snow Symposium is coming back to Kansas City in 2014! Help us launch our countdown drive with a kick-off party November 13, 2013, at Union Station's beautiful Board Room.
